Why menu structure matters
The hard part isn't speech recognition — it's mapping "a large half-pepperoni half-mushroom with extra cheese, light sauce" onto your menu's option groups and price rules. That's why mBlaze trains on your menu structure, including modifiers and combo logic, before going live.
It also means pricing is always right: the AI quotes the same total your POS will charge.
Keeping the menu in sync
Menus change. When you 86 an item or update prices in the POS, the agent updates too — so it never sells what you don't have.
